Shipping Policy for JETRE

At JETRE, we are committed to delivering your ethnic wear safely, securely, and promptly. This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders placed and delivered within India. Currently, we do not process international shipments.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from the transit time required by our courier partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure pan-India coverage. Delivery times vary based on your geographic location:

We offer straightforward Free shipping rates to keep your shopping experience hassle-free

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We understand that many customers prefer paying upon delivery. To ensure a smooth COD process:

  • COD is available on orders up to a maximum value of ₹10,000.

  • Free shipping applies to all COD orders, as charged by courier partners for cash handling.

  • We may reach out via SMS, WhatsApp, or a phone call to verify your COD order before dispatch. Unverified orders may be canceled to prevent fraudulent bookings.

5. Pincode Serviceability

We ship to over 25,000+ pincodes across India.

  • You can verify if your specific location is serviceable by entering your pincode on the product page or at checkout.

  • If your area is temporarily unserviceable by our courier partners after an order is placed, we will notify you within 24 hours and immediately issue a full refund for any prepaid amounts.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain unavoidable circumstances may extend transit times:

  • Festive Seasons & Mega Sales: Due to high order volumes during major festivals (like Diwali or Navratri), dispatch and delivery might take an additional 2 to 3 days.

  • Unforeseen Disruptions: Heavy monsoons, regional lockdowns, or unexpected courier strikes may impact delivery. In such events, we will proactively keep you updated on your package's status.

8. Failed Deliveries

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times before returning it to us. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or if you are unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Please note that re-shipping may incur an additional delivery charge.
